Joanna is the leader of the business in Africa, having forged a diverse business career over fifteen years across, retail, franchising, marketing & gaming.
Based in Johannesburg, Jo leads strategic execution for the region as well as being principal in ensuring the implementation and ongoing successes of LeaseEagle for customers.
As an experienced executive in retail and consumer industries, Jo understands and values the importance of the Customer to business success, and is highly committed to achieving this for both LeaseEagle and our customers.

Andrew has grown and managed businesses across the EMEA region throughout a career spanning more than twenty years.
Since 2015 Andrew has been leading the expansion of LeaseEagle into the African region, leveraging the company’s experience with retail and corporate tenants across more than thirty thousand leases, and in over fifty countries.
Andrew is focused on working with businesses and organisations to deliver the very best solution for their internal requirements for real estate and finance, not merely the transaction.
A senior business executive with nearly thirty years’ experience. Lee is the original founder of LeaseEagle, following a broad career in retail and corporate real estate, with particular success in assisting retail tenants to expand and manage their store portfolios internationally.
As Global CEO, Lee is responsible for driving LeaseEagle’s strategic direction and International expansion, ensuring that all markets continue to grow and deliver for our customers.
Since 2015, this expansion strategy has seen a significant increase the number of new customer markets and global revenues.
Head of Client Services
Julie boasts over 25 years of experience in lease administration, franchise administration, legal services and retailing across APAC, North America and Europe. As the global head of our Client Services division, Julie is committed to ensuring Customers are able to achieve the most from implementing LeaseEagle, through the knowledge, expertise and adoption of their users.
Julie’s leasing and real estate expertise is just as pivotal in implementations for the smallest business, through to the largest listed retailers or multi-national organisations.
As a member of the Global Management Team Julie is also fundamental in the direction of the product and the development and delivery of the LeaseEagle strategic plan.
